Biography

Associate Professor Ir Dr Lim Soh Fong is a Professional Engineer (PEng) registered with the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM), a Chartered Engineer (CEng) of the Engineering Council, UK, and a Chartered Chemical Engineer, Chartered Member (MIChemE) of Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), UK. She is also the founding Chief Editor and Chief Editor of Journal of Applied Science and Process Engineering. She received her Bachelor Degree with First Class Honors in Chemical Engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2003. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree from the National University of Singapore in 2008. Her research interests are in the area of water and wastewater treatment, the interaction of metal and organic compounds in soil and marine environment, recovery of natural and waste resources, biomass and biofertilizer, adsorption process (separation) and green material technology.
