The Quality Manual is developed for the Faculty of Engineering’s Quality Management System in Teaching, Learning and Assessment. It is aimed primarily at achieving customer satisfaction by meeting the Engineering Accreditation Council’s requirements and industries’ needs through the application and continual improvement of the system. The Quality Management System is developed based on quality principles such as leadership, customer focus, continual improvement involvement of the employees and stakeholders, process focus and ultimately decisions that are based on survey data, meetings or discussions among the stakeholders.

To support teaching, learning and assessment activities, teaching and learning checklist, appointment checklist, teaching process procedure, supporting process procedure, rubrics, report template, and survey form are made available in the manual.
