INSTRUCTION
FOR AUTHORS
Intending authors are requested to prepare and submit an abstract of
about 250 words before
31st October 2008.
The abstract should include the authors' name, affiliation and contact
details for the principal author. The format for submission should be a
PDF document that may be transmitted electronically to
isehd2009@feng.unimas.my.
Authors should indicate the most appropriate Program Topic when
submitting their abstracts. However, the Program Committee will make the
final decision. Accepted contributions will be included in the
Proceeding on a CD and on a printed version that will be available to
registered delegates at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Like in previous
meeting, a special issue of the Journal of Electrostatics consisting of
selected and expanded conference proceeding's papers subject to
peer-review will also serve to disseminate the works presented at the
event.
Guidelines for
Full Paper Submission

You must send your final manuscript by
e-mail to
ISEHD2009@feng.unimas.my
prior to the stipulated deadline (31st December 2008).

Your article has to be submitted as a
PDF file with all the figures embedded in the text. Do not include
your figures in a separate file.

Submission has to be accompanied with a
file with complete contact information for all authors. Include full
mailing addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail
addresses.

In addition, designate the "corresponding
author" and also the author that will present the contribution in the
ISEHD2009.

The publication of the manuscript in
the printed version of the proceedings of the 2009 ISEHD requires that
at least one of the authors registers to the meeting.

The submitting author is responsible for
obtaining agreement of all coauthors and any consent required from
sponsors before submitting a paper. It is the obligation of the
authors to cite relevant prior work.

If you wish to illustrate your article
using material for which you do not own the copyright then you must
seek permission from the copyright holder, usually both the author and
the publisher. It is the author's responsibility to obtain copyright
permissions and this should be done prior to submitting your article.

Submission of a manuscript is not
required for participation in the conference.
